Toby joined Kingfisher as an HR manager in the IT services division in 2006. Just a year later, he became the engagement manager where he was responsible for a six-month special project to introduce a common employee engagement methodology across the senior leadership population of Kingfisher’s operation companies. In June 2008, he progressed to head of HR for Kingfisher IT services and is now in charge of the provision of full HR services to the group IT director, IT leadership team and 450 IT specialists in UK, France and China.

Toby is also fluent in French, and competent in Chinese, Spanish, German and currently studying for AS level Italian.
