Peter Humphreys. VP of Sales UK, Ireland and Middle East, SHL. Peter was educated at St Andrews University where he completed a Masters in Business Management Studies. In addition he has a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Kingston-Upon-Thames and is CIPD qualified.

Peter began his career in Human Resources before moving into a more commercial role within SHL. He has spent his career to date within the areas of Management Development and Objective Assessment and has over 10 years commercial experience, where he has been responsible for managing and implementing large scale, multinational recruitment and training interventions

With over 7 years of experience within SHL and a strong understanding of both HR and the Commercial implications, he is able to link the specific requirements of an organisation to the business benefit.

As Sales VP, Peter is responsible for managing the UK and Middle East businesses; understanding the commercial requirements of SHL customer base, delivering a world class solution and ensuring customers experience the value of partnering with SHL.
