Having worked in the HR and Payroll market since 1995 Chris has seen, and been party to, many projects during the evolution to today’s modern HR solutions. His experience includes working for some of the leading global HR providers. This experience has allowed Chris to understand HR trends and requirements in different market sectors and is keen to understand and explore further how analytics is being, and can be embraced, by the modern HR professional and how this can impact Employee Engagement.

Chris is currently responsible for the New Business and Account Management functions of the HCM Division within COA Solutions.
