Our Head of Digital, Andy has spent more than 15 years developing, evaluating and implementing operational and interactive marketing strategies for major blue-chip organisations across the globe. He has worked on both client and agency sides for some notable agencies and even more notable brands including Barclays, British Airways, Coca Cola, GSK, HP, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG and Sky.

Heading up our team of developers and project managers and managing our third-party relationships, Andy drives the digital direction of Hodes. A frequent commentator on digital and social media issues, he has spoken at numerous industry conferences, and is the author of advisory papers on electronic and mobile commerce, as well as the use of digital media in advertising communications. He contributed to the recently published book “The Employer Brand. Keeping faith with the deal.”
